No, I just want to look my best. I don't restrict myself that much, if i want something i make sure to stay at a caloric deficit and i eat it. (cutting phase)

Why not just talk with a personal trainer? You will thus loose the insecurity. Anyways, you'll find a lot of videos on youtube, just search for them and see what works best for you.

Whenever i get less than 8-9 hours a sleep i can feel it in the gym, i'm weaker...i'm doing less reps...all around my energy levels are bad. I suppose it depends on the person.

My last draw was that i was eating very lean cuts of meat and very healthy, doing cardio and weight training but still not losing any weight. I logged to MFP and noticed that i was eating too much.

Try that with finetti every day and you will never loose weight again. The human body does not burn fat between 48-72 hours after eating something in high sugars.
