I do them one 15 min video at a time, every morning. And when I started I only did two of the 4 sets. Such a great burn!

I tried horse in Switzerland. Didn't like. I love gamier meats like elk and venison.

Ugh, I have the same issue at work. I eat chia pudding everyday and everyday people are like "eww, what's that?" or "you're still eating that?" I try to just brush it off, but it's hard.

I eat chia pudding at work for breakfast everyday. I also use chia seeds as an egg replacement in baked goods on occasion.
