I'm in the EXACT same place as you. Went from 215-ish to 165 and then got off track and I'm back at about 190!

The quickest way to define your jawline is with makeup. It's crazy what you can do with contouring! I checked out your pictures and you seem to have a pretty defined jaw line as it is!

I eat tacos ALL. THE. TIME. Mexican food is fairly healthy as long as you don't get anything fried and stay away from the massive flour tortillas. Guacamole is crazy awesome, full of healthy fat. I lost 40ish lbs in 4 months by just changing my diet. When I did start working out more, the weight stopped dropping off (10lb in 6 months, gained 5 back) , but way more people are noticing the changes in my body now!

When I lay on my back, I love to rest my hands on my hip bones. And I touch my bum curve A LOT to make sure it didnt disappear since the last time I looked in the mirror!

my first goal weight was 175, what i weighed in college. Than I chose 169, which is where my BMI is no longer obese. Now, Im aiming for 145 because that is where my BMI is no longer overweight. I've been stuck at about 167 for a while and I am perfectly fine with this.

My gym is next door to my office, so I go straight from work to the gym. No excuses that way!

I'm 27 (I'll be 28 at the end of the week) 5'3". Starting at 215, currently at 171 (2 lbs away from not being technically obese anymore!) with my final goal being in the 140s.

I'm not a yoga expert, but most yoga studios have straps for people who can't fully do the moves. If you are working out at home I'd assume a towel would be a good sub. Or you could probably find a yoga strap at TJ Maxx or something.

I stared at 215 and I'm 5'3". I think what helped me a lot was being more aware. Also, some foods are just not worth the calories. Now that I know how many calories are in everything I can make healthier decisions.

Seltzer! Also, if you are a juice/soda drinker you can mix a little bit of juice (2 tbsp - 1/4 cup) with seltzer!

When I started ballet I was 215, the things I wasn't able to do were much more about inexperience rather than my weight. Ballet has been a great motivator to keep the weight off.

My diary is open. I eat pretty healthy, but sometimes (Sat for example) I want a bacon cheeseburger, so I eat a bacon cheeseburger.

When people ask me how I lost weight, I tell them I use an app on my phone to log everything. If they ask, I tell them the name of the app, if not, oh well.

I gained weight because I thought that since I ate healthy I could eat whatever I wanted. I always thought I was overweight and healthy, but I took ballet class and I realized that I wasn't healthy as I thought I was.

I eat whatever I want but less than I used to. I've always been a fairly heathy eater so my "whatever I want" includes a lot of veggies and whole foods.
