• I'm 5'5'' and my goal is 130-135
• I do a combination of Yoga Meltdown and 30 Day Shred. I love the Yoga Meltdown but I wouldn't recommend it for Yoga newbees.
• Hi, I'm Sarah and I am getting married in September (5 months away..eek) and my dress is also strapless. My dress is tight up top and round the hips so I need to make sure I look good! I love my curves, but I still have 15 pounds to lose to meet my goal before my wedding. I lost over 30 pounds after getting engaged last…
• Love this thread. I have PCOS and have been struggling to lose my final 15 pounds. I have been trying to lose weight for over a year now and after six months I lost 30 pounds (that was six months ago). Since then I have been stuck at my current weight and it is so frustrating, I work out and eat healthy but nothing seems…
• I also use mine for calories and to see how well I sleep (It tells me I don't sleep well which explains why I am so tired all the time). I feel that it's pretty accurate and it helps me make sure I am consuming enough food. The 1200 diet doesn't work for me because I burn more than 2200 calories a day. The best part is…
• I love the Bloomsday run I have done it the last three years and will be there again this year. I am running the Seahawks 12k for the first time this year so I hope it's a good run. One of my co-workers did the Rock n' Roll Marathon and LOVED it, I am NOT ready for a marathon yet.
• Hi I am Sarah and I am from Puyallup Washington.
• 5'5'' 146 Size 8...I am big hips that I am trying to tone down :)
• Wow that's awesome! Congrats! What was your exercise routine?
• I am 27 years old without kids and am 5'4.75'' (yes I need that .75 lol) and started my weight loss at 178lbs in January 2011. I am currently 138lbs and have 10 more pounds until I reach my goal. When I first started losing weight I would workout at least 4 times a week for an hour, mainly cardio. Then after a few months…
• Eat them in moderation, only allow yourself one serving. I am a potato chip nut and haven't cut them out of my diet because they are so yummy  and I still lose weight so why not. Good luck!
• Thanks everyone it's been a long road, but I am happy that I am almost done. I came across a few more pictures and was like WOW what a change :blushing: BEFORE: I was wearing an XL jacket in this picture I now have a Small!…
• I had stomach issues as well on metformin so my doctor told me to take it twice a day then slowly bring back the third pill. I've been on three pills for the last year and have had no issues. You should talk to your doctor about your stomach problems.
• That's awesome! I just reached the 30's myself last week....I jumped for joy lol
• I was curious about this also so I wore my bodymedia band while riding my harley and I burned 300 calories during an 1 hour ride.
• If you are going when it's busy there is a good chance that they ran out of clean non-fat labeled containers. I would just ask them next time to make sure!
• I do yoga once a week along with cardio for an hour 3 times a week. I just bought Jillian's 30 Day Shred, but I've only done it once...I'm worried that I won't lose weight if I start doing the 30 day shred.

• When I first started my weight loss I was only eating 1200 calories and then I couldn't lose weight to save my life. I upped my calorie intake to 1400 and started losing weight again. I would consider eating a little more food...it worked for me! Good luck!!
• I did up my calorie intake from 1200 to 1400 and had success for a few weeks, so maybe I should up my calorie intake again. As for the Biggest Loser, we are actually doing it at work  I am in-charge of the competition so I have to make sure that I am losing weight with my employees.
