  • When you set up your account, it will ask you your goal weight, your activity level, and how fast you want to lose. Then it will calculate what you need. I think the protein is a bit low but the rest is okay. Go in and play around with the settings...
  • We all blow it occasionally - that is how we got over weight in the first place, making bad choices. You cannot beat yourself up at any point - just keep moving forward and working on it....

  • Thats what their box says, however, I track my blood sugar and when I tried it, my glucose went crazy just like real pasta. If you look at the box carefully, it says "other something....can't remember what" but they are not being truthful. Dangerous is someone is diabetic and believes them.

  • I don't eat my calories back either....I try to eat exactly what they tell me but not the exercise calories as that doens't make sense to me. To lose weight we have to cut calories and increase exercise so I don't get the logic of "eating exercise calories".
  • at the grocery store they have bags of dried mixed beans...soak them over night and then make your favorite soup recipe, adding the beans instead of any pasta or rice. Much healthier for you.....   • Swimming laps is helping me - lose weight and fat, but I know that when I lose the rest, I will need to have my stomach/arms/thights tightened up. I've lost 42 lbs since May and lots of inches by swimming 40 laps a day....it's amazing. I know it's not the end. But going from a size 22 to a 16 has been great!
