As far as being better for you... I agree with GFPeggy. I definitely think it tastes better than regular table salt.

I'm actually eating oatmeal as I type this :) I put 1/2 tbsp of Smart Butter Light, 1/4 cup blueberries, 1/4 strawberries, and some cinnamon on top of 3/4 cup oatmeal, mixed it all up... and yummy :) This all together is about 350 cals, but it keeps me full for hours and takes uber good!

That's exactly what I thought about Helen - that she probably did a major fast and was severely dehydrated. I did that several times when I had to weigh in for the military. I completely think it's possible. I haven't really lost all THAT much weight and ppl are really starting to notice that my body is shaped differently. So am I. I even measured and have only lost 3/4 of an inch which, in my opinion, isn't enough to notice a difference. Enjoy it and use it as motivation :)

Thanks everyone! Take it from someone who has battled weight her entire life... stick with it. Make this a lifestyle change, not a diet. Exercise every day. You'll not only lose weight but you'll feel great too. It really is that simple. :) Keep up the good work. Now... log off MFP and go do something lol :)
