For me it depends on the workout. If its a hard work out, or if I feel "flakey" after the work out I'll add a fruit or a protein heavy snack that normally I wouldn't have. Or I'll eat a bigger salad but generally I try to maintain my 1200 calories.

I went to a wedding and did the toast and a glass of wine followed by the mixed drinks with diet sodas. Once in a while won't hurt but don't fall off the wagon too much, and when your off to drink watch out for the late night food run! Lol. Have fun

Accountability is key, make your diary open for everyone. At first I wad always over but with everyones encouraging words it got easier. Now I don't feel like I'm dieting, there are days I feel like a bottomless pit and I will indulge a bit but I know that I will get back on track. Stay positive

I haven't but one of my friends did and she loved it. I've done the beast of the east @ ft. Dix and was awesome. When your doing the race it doesn't feel as bad as it seems initially. So if you like spartan the beast of the east is a 6 mile mud race, so much fun huge event held second weekend in september
