The fiber one brownies and bars each have 5g fiber. Also, there are herb wraps (I will try and find the name) that have 9g fiber. I think they are called ole extreme health wraps or something?

Because of my medical issues vigorous exercise is pretty much out. I have been doing some workout videos though. Well I am starting to do them.

Once a month, I devour a Herseys cookie and creme bar. My husband brings it to me in hopes that I won't murder him in his sleep or something.

Check out some peoples food diaries. Mine was pretty good before 2 days ago (I have been sick and i eat literally whatever i want when i am sick). Veggies, fish, hard boiled eggs, low-fat cheese, sunflower seeds, fruits, chicken, non-buttered popcorn, pickles, and imitation crab meat is a favorite of mine.

Just for this week. I am watching my calories. I just can't really exercise because of some pretty bad inflammation in my lungs (which is what I am taking it for). It is just a 5 day pack. I just hate not seeing my normal weight loss. I am one of those people who steps on the scale at least once a day. I guess what I need to do is just wait until i finish my meds, weight a week and the weigh. I will just make sure to stick to my diet and get a lot of water. I just hate gaining…

I would have to say it is the type of food you are eating. Choc chip pancakes, and choc cereal? It looks like you are way over your sugar and sodium everyday. Also fit in those 8 glasses of water, it should help!

98 lbs by Dec. 31st next year. 8 lbs a month and it will bring me to 5'1 and 110lbs.

I actually can't work out really right now due to some medical issues. I lost almost all of my 22lbs since sept 5 without exercise. So... there you go. My food diary is open if you want to take a look.

Hey! I am partially breastfeeding my 3 month old. Not doing much in the way of exercise because of some medical problems, but my diet is going pretty well.
