I'm 5'8" 169lbs. Prior to losing weight I wore size 32, now those pants are ridiculously loose but I don't feel like getting new ones yet. My guess is that I'm really size 30 now.0

One thing I learned on this journey is to definitely not go by pant size... I was sooo aggravated! In one size pants, I found the gamut of fits from so large they fell off while buttoned to so tight I could not button them. I was shopping consignment so it was a big variety of brands. I was completely shocked at the difference in fit. So, now I see size pants as totally relative. I have every size in my closet because some of the 'larger' sizes I had still fit ok. When they start getting a saggy seat, then they go! LOL However, for reference, I am 5'4", 137lbs, and a size 6 to 8 pants....0
