I am only 6 weeks, so I am waiting til wed. to see my doctor so he can tell me what I can still do, or not do :) I am 40, so not sure how much that plays into it :)

I eat what i want, just in moderation ;) drink extra water to compensate for the sodium :)

I drink all day long so my "pee" stays mostly clear lol. If I am way over on sodium I drink an extra 40 oz. on top of that :)

I am 11 years postpartum with twins........LOL and I have had them since...........faded some, but tan fat is better than white fat :)

I never use recipes............'.I make what sounds good to me.........my diary tells it all :) dont be afraid to just make something without a recipe it's fun :)

it's not that i doubt myself to finsh it, it's all the other factors.................HEAT (VEGAS IN JUNE), major hills and me ont being born a runner.......more of a cycler...............just doesn't feel "right" not yet

get yourself a scale for your dorm room...............have a gym bag ready packed so you can jet right after class.........good luck :)

sounds like you overdid it :( try taking a bath a couple times a day adding 1 cup each of epsom salt, baking soda, sea salt and soak for 15 min. a time.........stretch also........I take glutamine powder in apple juice after vigorous muscle work too :) hope you feel bettter........keep me posted :)
