Pregnancy Exercise

I wanted to start a group that is a place for pregnant women. Yes, you can still exercise. I am! Just toning it down. I walk, do some kick boxing, pool classes, yoga, pilates and some weights. What are you doing to stay in decent shape? It will really help you. :flowerforyou:

I am only 6 weeks, so I am waiting til wed. to see my doctor so he can tell me what I can still do, or not do
I am 40, so not sure how much that plays into it
