hey girl i have one in my right hip from a broken tail bone 5 years ago. doc told me i have to live with it nothing could be done. :( It is hard for me to workout because of it. hope you find something that works for you

I found one I made it was strawberries bananas ice and milk It was 12 fresh strawberries 1 banana 7 ice cubes and 1/2 cup skim milk. Mix in blender my kids loved it I added a teaspoon of sugar also. I am sure u can use splenda

I have used Alli. It does work I lost 10 with the 60 capsule bottle. If you do not use it just right you will have messed up poop. You can send me a message and I can give more info if you want.
