Yes! I was so excited to step on the scale yesterday. I will have to lose 1.2 pounds this week to make my first mini-goal but If I get close I will be happy.
Success this week, finding time to exercise everyday even though I am swamped at work and have been working till 8 or 9 every night.0 -

my challenge this week: adding back in a ton of calories just as I was getting used to eating less for the first time in my life. My milk supply dropped and then stopped so I had to act fast to get it back before my 4 month old lost it now it will be a challenge to slowly drop the calories amount each day, but baby steps I suppose. So the success was eating more and making milk again.0 -

The good thing I've done this week is to add another workout to my nightly routine. Now instead of just doing 30 day Shred I'm adding another 30 minute workout. And doing whatever else I can to stay active; i.e walking, playing catch with my son, etc.
Hopefully next week the extra stuff will pay off!0 -

The great thing I did this week was fit into jean carpi's that I haven't worn in years! All of my other jeans are falling off of me. Who knew that 10 lbs would make so much of a difference!?0 -
A small gain this week, but hopefully my "switch up" will help. I will add in one more weight lifting class, and one more cardio class (either zumba or aquafit).
