I am a Crossfit Junkie! I go 4 times per week usually, then run the other days, with 1 day off. I just started using MFP again after a long hiatus. Crossfit has changed my life and I don't think I could ever go back to a regular gym!

I agree...calories in, calories out - that is the basic rule to lose weight, always stick to it. Even Jillian on BL uses that philosophy! Keep it up, you are doing great! Adele :)

I have a HealthOMeter digital scale that has never been wrong - it even matches my gym scale - I think I got it at Walmart or Target and it was pretty inexpensive....maybe it is the brand? That is very annoying though!

When I am craving chocolate I eat a 100 calorie bag of chocolate covered pretzels! Yum :)

Everyone is different, but I always gain the week prior to mine - it was so discouraging in the beginning, but now I know what it is and often do not weigh myself that week. Good luck! Adele

Thanks Banks! I only have 20 lbs or so to lose, but I have a higher body fat % so that makes me feel better about losing more than 1 lb per week. Adele :) PS - I am from Mass too - work in Boston.

When I crave fries (which I love, love) I bake the frozen sweet potato fries - they satisfy my craving and are much better for you!
