So I have done awsome in weight loss for a whole three months. then my mother in law comes into town and for the past two weeks I've done awful. Eating around 2500-2800 calories a day!!! No workouts toley falling off the plan I put in place to stay at 1200 calories a day.
In three months lost 25 lbs and in two weeks gained back 5 lbs
Anyone have any helpful hints to get back on track while trying to work full time deal with careing for kids and visitors in town .
I'm working on starting over but tips are always welcome thanks
