    Higher calorie than I usually like for lunch but I am eating for 2 so...... I splurged and got the Brats instead of my usual chicken sausage:)

    I had a higher cal lunch cause I only had a very small frozen waffle and a bit of sugarfree syrup for breakfast. I had a andouille sausage fried w/ Pam spray and diced onions, a egg (also fried w/ pam) and some baked tater tots. 521 cals.

    Jason's Deli Nutty Mixed-Up salad with low fat rasberry vinigrette...550 cals. Lots of protein...sweet fruit...kick of feta cheese...kinda high carb but it is good for ya carbs!
