1200 as well. I have a few "go to" meals I repeat a lot. 80 cal low carb high fiber tortilla with turkey bacon, lettuce tomato and low cal Mayo. About 200 cals total Baked potato with veggies or cottage Cheese Frozen chicken breast - wrap chicken (and veggies if you want) in foil, bake about 30 min (depends on size)

I buy 2 bottles of liquid - one is 0mg and the second is 12mg. I mix it to my preference - it probably ends up being around 6 mg. it doesn't cost any more over the long run and I can adjust as I want. Some days I'm probably 2mg. I fill the ecig tank with the 0mg first and just top off a little with the 12mg.

I have a latte every day. Sugar free syrup = 0 cals and skim milk = 90 cals. You don't have to have only a few times per week. Enjoy daily if you want! :)

I go down a size about every 10 pounds. About 40 lost now and have gone from 18 to very loose 12. I was at 50 loss and wearing a 10 (US) but gained over holiday. I started at 219.

With that being said, my main question (if I were in your shoes) is do you NEED to eat enough to maintain your current weight of 260? What if you eat enough for someone who weighs 200 to maintain? I don't buy things that I tend to overeat on. Makes it easier to be strong if they are not in the house.
