Help! I have an addiction to chocolate biscuits

Options
The title pretty much says it all. I just love biscuits, and chocolate and puddings a bit too much.. And I feel bloated as a result :(

I don't buy things that I tend to overeat on. Makes it easier to be strong if they are not in the house.

I love chocolate too...so I make sure I have enough calories at the end of the day to indulge in some.

I like everything sweet but I don't buy it to keep around the house.

Cut back, don't cut out and keep it within your calorie goals. If it's something I have absolutely no willpower around (ice cream) I tend not to have it around, but I still have some good dark chocolate around when I want some.

If I cant practice proper portion control, I don't buy it.

If I absolutely love something I will buy it in a single serving.

Never ever have a whole box or bag of something in the house. I will eat it all. I've done this with FIBER ONE cookies (biscuits). I ate a whole box. FIBER over load!!!

You recognize you have a problem. That's the first step.

Eat the things you like (you like them, you aren't 'addicted') within the confines of your calorie and macronutritional goals.

    Practice moderation instead of overconsumption.
