I just did w2d2, and will probably be finishing up week 2 either Sat or Sun. I'm looking forward to and dreading starting week 3. lol. But I'm still gonna give it my all. I found I liked week 2's intervals much better than week 1 even though they were slightly more difficult.

You need to eat 1200 calories for your body to have the minimal amount of nutrients it needs. So don't go lower. The lower your weight, the harder it is to lose weight.
