I found out I eat the way I do because of depression and loneliness, does that fit you? I found this on the internet, haven't tried it yet but maybe it could help as long as you "remember" to close it back when you took out your portion. http://www.thekitchensafe.com/pages/overview

They that when you drink it it takes over your brain and makes you run around and swallow anything that is remotely sweet in sight. One of the main reason why i'm here is to control my appetite. Seriously run around and eat sweets? Like I havent thought about that already and I dont even drink diet soda.... :grumble:

I read something that a person could be actually losing weight but the cells get replaced by water, and next thing you know whoosh you lost weight.

your expecting to burn that much everyday? if you just started exercising you might hurt yourself. your a pretty big guy, you could cut down to 1900 if you want.

I just noticed the username lol and weightwatchers is cool, I started a month on it (thats all I think) its too expensive.. I really enjoy the fact they have a dietician there to help.

I craved fast food an I had one huge bar of hersheys and a regular sized one. Now I dont feel like eating much but I am swallowing down these cookies. The only time in my life where I didnt crave chocolate was when I was on wellbutrin.

and it also depends on your frame (big, medium, small) you probably wont know until you lose the weight

exercising so I could eat back most of my calories i'm 5ft tall

exercise and eat back the calories or how about... 100 calorie popcorn? or a pickle- 10 calories eat eat more green with your meals (they are low in calories) how about when you eat, eat half a plate and then save the other for when your hungry 2 hours later? or if you feel like your calorie intake is too low then bump it…
