Food diary public- tips for weight loss

Hello everyone! I have been on myfitnesspal since 2012 and I am one of those people that lose weight and then get happy with the results. Then get so relaxed and slowly they gain back the weight ! I have left my diary public so I can get feedback from other users of myfitnesspal pal :) some general tips wiould be most helpful cheers!

    maybe replace some soda with sparkling water
    and chips can actually make a person hungrier
