Just put in each component of your sandwich into the data base and the information you are requesting should be pretty straight forward.

Eggs anyway you like them. Boiled, fried, scrambled, poached, on a sandwich. Anytime I have eggs for breakfast I am good to go until lunch.

I am 44. I am only logging my exercise right now. I lost 20 pounds and am now maintaining. Add me if anyone would like some words of encouragement.

I turned 44 this month. If anyone would like to add me feel free. I set a goal back in November 2013 to lose five and ended up with loosing 20lbs total. I am maintaining now. All I did was track my calorie and fat intake on here and stuck to that. Always been active, so I knew that wasn't the issue. Just eating too much…

I am twenty pounds lighter and now maintain a healthy weight. I joined MFP and tracked my calories. Basically ate less and moved more. I eat everything in moderation.

When I have coke/soda, it is usually a fountain drink from Sonic or Subway. I don't drink it every day, but when I do it's so good. I lost weight and have maintained my current weight all while drinking coke in moderation. I have on occassion drank diet, but I prefer the real deal.

I will reiterate what everyone else has said or asked, what is wrong with coffee and why give it up. Coffee alone has few calories, it is all the other that is added that makes it higher in calories. Also, I know a quick brisk walk is some times all I need to keep me going for the rest of the day.

The most important aspect of your weight loss goal is what you said about refocusing your energy on healthy activities and choices. Stick with that plan and you will reach your goal.

With the job I have dealing with a lot of cash in and out, sleep is more important for me. I want by brain fully functional dealing with customers and their issues and their money. I would take the nap although it would probably be a short one.

I log water as water and nothing else. Coffee and other drinks go in my beverage section of my diary.

I love to run outside, but I love the treadmill as well. I have gotten benefits from doing both. My favorite part about the treadmill is being able to wear what I want. I won customer service rep of the year at the bank I work at! I had no idea I was even nominated. They gave me some cash along with a really nice award that is sitting at my teller station. It was a really nice win and surprise!
