Down 78 lbs since early January and I am stoked! I weighed today and I am just under 300 lbs. I haven't been under 300 for more than 15 years. WOOP WOOP!!!

    Congratulations on your accomplishment! I also turned 50 this year so I completely understand the desire to hit the reset button at this stage. BTW - I love your profile page and your statement about spending years saving other lives and finally prioritizing your own. Very inspirational. Keep up the good work.
