Why would someone in high school even want a cabbage patch kid doll?! If I was 'playing' a guy it wouldn't be for a cabbage patch doll - haha. Totally lame situation though. I bet if you look her up now she's fat and has 3 kids - might make you feel better? ha.

After? because everything else is weighed like that? It would only make sense for butchers to weigh raw because they're sellring it in that form. But if you're watching your intake you would weigh after because that's what's going into your body. - That's how I see it anyways.

That sounds good. I'm just worried my weight will sky rocket eating at 1800 due to my metabolism and the damage I've done to it. My long term goal is to get into weight training with little cardio but I just don't know where to start. For someone as weak as me should I just get dumbells or??

I want to get into weight training but I am very weak so I'm starting out with doing resistance with my body weight. i.e half push ups, ect. Do you think I should keep on doing that or just add weights in there? Currently I am 140, 5'3 and my goal is 128

I just bought a food scale a couple weeks ago. I'm thinking of removing dairy from my diet and lowering sugar intake? It's been a month and I've seen no changes - I have the same measurements - clothes just feel tighter right now.

I have already upped my calories by 100. Eating at 1650-2000 calories I am eating calorie dense food. I eat peanut butter everyday, along with a ton of other high calorie things.

900 calories is my max I burn and it's from hrs of exercise over the day. I do high intensitry aerobics, HIIT and jogging. And I also use a HRM.

I've been burning about 400-900 with exercise and eating 1550-2000. My appetite won't allow me to eat anymore.

When I was a chubby pre-teen someone told me "Your weight and fitness are connected to every part of your life one way or another" and that stuck with me.

I just got mine and I feel like the readings are pretty accurate. Compared to MPF they are higher - which makes sense for my workouts because I am always at full intensity. I'm really excited to be using this everyday!

This week for lunch I've been having: 1/2 cup of couscous with chicken breast and cabbage or broccoli Clean and simple. :)

It's impossible to gain weight that fast. It's most likely water retention from too much sodium.

I have this same problem. My macros have been changing almost everyday. Sometimes they don't add up to 100%. A couple days ago I had a combination of 65%. :S

I have a busy day ahead of me - I'm getting my workouts done nice and early. HIIT again for the win!
