I feel the same way. Bought some because everyone raves about them, but I found them to be only somewhat edible at best - the flavor and texture just didn't seem right at all.

No, but that's interesting. Tagging this just to see what others say because I had my gallbladder removed three and a half years ago and have had digestive issues since then.

Chin up with some chin-ups.

Contrary to what others may say, I think it's a good place to start (especially since it's cheap) if your focus isn't lifting and making MaD gAiNz just yet. However, if that will be a priority in the near future, I'd look elsewhere unless you're okay with having to pay a fee to break contract (or pay two memberships).…

You seemed to have missed the part where I never got all huffy and said how I was gonna leave only to return two minutes later in an attempt to jerk myself off over my superior intelligence/eating habits/ability to watch Youtube videos and not listen to reason and admit when I'm wrong. Thanks for trying, though. :drinker:

Rex: You said you were gonna leave and then you came back to make more incoherent, fingers-in-ears arguments. What happened?

This is the worst thread.

I'm turned off by everything. But really, the hierarchy for me goes like excellent tattoo(s) > no tattoo(s) > bad tattoo(s).

Good thing I hate ham then.

I desire to get an augmentation/lift without adding implants. My breasts are big but saggy because I'm fat as hell, and they're going to look like empty potato sacks by the time I'm near my goal weight, I'm sure. I wouldn't even care if I got them removed completely (I veer towards androgyny anyway), I'm just tired of…

How much did you go over? Realize that you had one bad day and that it's okay, it definitely doesn't erase everything you've worked towards. Just get yourself back on the wagon in the morning. I've had plenty of days recently where I go over my goal, but other days when I meet it or am under it, and I never let it…

I started AT 250, if that counts. Anyone who wants more support, feel free to add me. :)

The perfume complaint I can get on board with (I'm a vile mouthbreather), but I've also never come across someone who applied so much that it really bothered me, and I'm sensitive to smells, as in I get headaches very easily. If someone wants to cake on the makeup before working out however, who cares? Their loss, they…

Tbh, I still eat like total crap and I've lost 15 pounds since October - sure, not as much as I could have had I stuck to my calorie goal every day, but it's pretty good for someone who just gave up on gorging with really nutrient-deficient foods (but still enjoys them often). My next step is eating more stuff I prepare…

1) How long have you been doing this? 2) Is there a real reason to eat under 1,200 calories? Are you really petite or something? 3) Why no sugar? 4) What kind of workouts are we talking about? Cardio? Strength?

Well, this isn't a universal experience in the slightest. When I was taking in between 50g to 75g carbs a day was when I felt my absolute best, like I had endless amounts of energy and didn't feel fatigued or desire to nap like I often do now.

My girlfriend is hardcore hooked on this stuff and yes, it's really delicious and makes me wish I was looking to gain so I could eat a whole jar in one sitting.

Sunflower butter.

I'd just say "because I wanna".

You're still burning calories while exercising. Those calories don't stop existing overnight. That's the simpler way to look at it.

I have them and I really don't care at all, especially because they're faded - I started getting them once I was going through puberty, which was also when I started putting on weight. I'm much more concerned with my flabby arms and potentially saggy skin at this point. (And my hair loss, which is much more noticeable than…

Baked/grilled/roasted chicken to fill up on protein, your choice of seasonings and sides. Any sort of leafy green would do well, although I prefer some lemon broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, or sweet potato. If those vegetables aren't your thing, they will be if you roast them with olive oil and a bit of salt. You…

How fast-paced are we talking? Some of my personal favorites: Lone - Crystal Caverns 1991: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aGISErs3hRM Azealia Banks - Liquorice: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gbaAfEKqws0 (Same producer as above.) The Mars Volta - Cavalettas: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pbEHgGJ_GkA An Albatross - The…

Nah tho, the reason I'm here is because I have no self-control and a ravenous appetite and am as sedentary as they come (for now). McDonald's is great in a pinch and nothing will deter me from getting a McDouble on occasion, not even the paralyzing food poisoning I got once after microwaving one for breakfast when we had…

Plain almond milk is delicious and a great chaser to balsamic mozzarella and steak, just sayin'. I agree with everyone else though, I wouldn't put it in an Alfredo sauce - ESPECIALLY not vanilla. Drinking it alongside savory food works, but mixed in? Eh, it really depends on what you're working with.

Mine's open to friends, so add away! :drinker:

What brand/model of scale are these? I'd definitely get your own considering the major difference in readings, but I'd be more apt to trust your father's scale if you truly used a 15 pound weight considering his was closer, albeit a little over.

I used to hate any vegetable that wasn't a potato myself, but then I tried cooking things differently to see if I could get them to not taste like crap and what do y'know, it works! Don't force yourself to eat anything that's gonna make you straight up nauseous, but definitely take different approaches into how you cook…

My girlfriend and I make separate dinners 95% of the time and it works out for us (mostly because she's a vegetarian trying to gain weight, the opposite of me). Then again, unless she's at work, she makes her own dinner and I make mine. I'll admit to being bad an ordering takeout most Friday evenings because it's what the…

Chlorine, gasoline, nail polish, paint, paint thinner, permanent markers, rubbing alcohol (not too close, however), wood... whoops. Don't let my name fool you, as I find the smell of weed to be FOUL.
