I have them and I really don't care at all, especially because they're faded - I started getting them once I was going through puberty, which was also when I started putting on weight. I'm much more concerned with my flabby arms and potentially saggy skin at this point. (And my hair loss, which is much more noticeable than stretch marks, IMO.)

I have stretch marks on my inner thighs and my boobs from puberty and weight gain/loss. In a dim light you can't see them at all since they've faded to flesh color. In bright light I feel like they're very noticeable, although my fiancé swears they're not noticeable at all and that I'm just being too critical. Keep in mind most people won't be pulling your skin in bright light with their faces 2 inches from it looking for imperfections  Your partner will be supportive and loving about any stretch marks you have now or in the future. If he minds, he's not the right guy for you, but trust me- the good ones love you all the more for the things that make you uniquely you. If you have stretch marks it's because you've lived and you've grown and you've changed!

Kat Williams Pimp Chronicles Pt. 1:

Stop worryin about **** that don't matter. Some of y'all done had some babies, now you got some stretch marks. You walkin around the house bitter, blamin the baby, showin the baby your high school picture, talkin bout, "Look what you did to me!"

f**k that. If your man got a problem with your stretch marks, I suggest you stop ****in with b***h n*ggas, that's what I say.

I think I speak for all real n*ggas in attendance today when I say we ain't got time to worry bout no **** like stretch marks. We know they either came from one of two things: n***a, either you was big and got small, or you was small and got big. Either way, we f*ckin!

    This.

I have quite a lot of them but never been pregnant. I've never had any say or point them out to me. I've been overweight my whole life so as for covering them up well, they are under my clothes so....

I've always been curious as to what works to make them go away besides maybe time.

I don't think there is a cure for them. You can use lotions to make them fade but there is no miracle lotion to make them go away.

Had them since I was 17 and pregnant (on my tummy, anyway). I have some on my hips from puberty growth. Those are barely visible after all these years.

Honestly, I don't even think about them. I wear a bikini in the summer. The only person who ever commented on them was a jerk I dated years ago. No one else who's seen them has ever mentioned them. When I ask my SO, he says he doesn't notice them.

This pretty much describes my body, too!

My husband doesn't notice them. And well, if he does, he has the prudence not to say anything. Hasn't slowed him down, either, and I plan on wearing a bikini this summer.

I have them on my lower stomach and I'm very self conscious about them. To the point where I hate for my boyfriend to see them. He is by nature a critical person. He claims to not mind them but I always wonder if he does. Food for thought. Do models and pornographic stars have them?

Generally speaking, if you are engaging in an activity where your stretch marks are visible to him and said activity carries on without incident, then it's safe to say he really doesn't mind them.

I have them on the inside of my knees from growing very fast as a kid. A few on my hips for the same reason. They are so light you can hardly see them. Interestingly I didn't get any during or after my pregnancy, even though I had a big bump and gained 60lbs.
