When I was on WW years ago one of the ways that said to combat loose skin was by drinking mik. Also, I believe fish oil and biotin are 2 supplements that help with cell repair. Moisturize and make sure your cream contains retinol A. Maybe get a facial or do a micro-derm abrasion to reveal "new skin". Good luck!!

Be careful...did "Insanity" with no problem...however couldn't walk for a week after because I threw my back out. There is a lot of jarring, jumping and twisting. When you throw you back out you really can't work on your stomach

I am totally in! I was doing great on MFP last spring lost 17 pounds. Summer came and my weight is starting to creep up again. I want to catch it. I eat pretty clean, it is that darn wine that is my downfall. Hoping I can limit it to once a week(weekends). I will weigh in Thursday morning and post the result. Good luck…

Unfortunately, the thinner you get the harder it will be to lose. When you have a lot to lose in the beginning weight seems to "fall off". People then get discouraged when things slow down. However, this should be a lifestyle change and it will come off...Literally "slow and steady win the race"....

I did Insanity for 1 day. I was actually able to keep up with the DVD and was proud of myself. However, later that day I couldn't stand up straight and threw my lower back out. Be careful if you have any back or knee issues - it is not for you. There is a lot of jumping and twisting and turning that does not give your back…

1200 calories is not enough some days...I do 1450 and even more when I exercise. I weigh 157 and have a healthy BMI because I am 5'7". I still want to lose about 13 more. I have lost about 18 total since early March. Eat a lot of veggies to fill you up....and lift weights you will burn more calories.

I think you should check into different ones. I think Wellbutrin is suppose to be weight neutral or even cause weight loss. Medications effect everyone differently it has to do with body chemistry-good luck.

I am starting "Insanity" tomorrow. I am getting up at 4:30am to do it before work. I am a little scared, but I am stuck. I have plateaued for the last 2 weeks. I am hoping it will "shock" my body to start losing again. :)

Old fahioned hand held weights and leg lifts - tons of them, I do it while I watch TV. I have lost more inches from by butt and thighs than from my waist. My old workout pants are bagging in the butt I can only wear them in the house now they look ridiculous ...LOL

If you count calories,you are not cheating! Eat what you want and count it...If you eat a burger and fries for lunch eat a low cal dinner such as salad and fruit. Make it work...I hate the word cheat you are not doing anything wrong, but living... SW-172 CW-160 GW-145
