I got my Zumba fitness DVD off of Amazon. There are quite a few cheap ones on there to start with. I love mine.

I just finished the Walk it off in 30 days one and lost 5 lbs. I bought the Belly blasting one which I will start tomorrow and will do it the rest of the month and will see what difference I have after that one. I use hand weights with the videos also. Awesome job of losing 28 inches blufaery!!

Yes I have the dreaded disease but am almost in remission. I sit at a desk 8-5 M-F so I have to trick my body into moving. Luckily I have to walk down the stairs to refill my water bottle 4x a day. Every time I do that I walk 5 laps around our conference room tables. That adds about 1000 or so more steps in my day. I walk…

I think you look great. You can definitely tell you look different. The scale will eventually show a loss. I don't know why your measurements don't show a loss though? Maybe just make sure you are measuring in the exact same spots. Keep doing what you are doing because it is working.

I take a multivitamin, calcium, vit D, krill oil, raspberry ketones, COQ10. At my (young) age of 48 I am very happy to say that I am on NO prescriptions at all and all my bloodwork always comes out great. I have to take extra calcium and 5000 IU of Vit D though.

I agree that it is mostly water weight in the first week. When you start out at a much higher weight for you and are used to drinking and eating lots of sugar and completely cut that out then you will see a dramatic loss right away. My homemade breakast smoothie. 1 cup fat free milk, 1 banana, 1/2 cup berries, 1 tbls ground flaxseed, 1 packet stevia, 6 cubes ice all blended together. I put in my cup and drink it on the way to work.

I just bought Jillian Michaels DVD Yoga Meltdown off Amazon. It had the best ratings and was highly recommended. It was cheap to at under $9. I think Walmart has it too.
