I have rheumatoid, I walk and go for swims when the weather permits. Stretching exercises are very important to me, especially in the morning before getting out of bed.

I think its your hair making your face look thin, the face sides are hidden behind your hair. Try putting your hair behind your ears and take a photo and look. I think you look super though.

I asked my doctor about diets and he said there was nothing that they know so far that would make any difference, just eat a well balanced diet.

Mine was low too, I was told to eat nuts , seeds, and cooked dry beans.

I can't run either, I am trying to walk more and I want to start the wii fit again, I got away from it.

Hi Everyone, I have had RA for 19 years now, I need to exercise more, lose weight of course. I am hoping to get some more energy, I have very little. I am on prednisone every other day, it makes it very hard to lose. The RA has scarred my lungs and I get out of breath easy.

Yum! I made them with one whole banana, 3 egg whites. Mixed in blender. Stirred in 1/4 cup dried fruit. Poured them out small sized. Tasted very good!

If it goes away when you eat something you aren't getting enough calories. Don't skip meals if you are.

I used to fast once in a while, years ago. Like the day before I would go to a weigh in at the TOPS club. (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) If I was active I would get dizzy and almost faint. A little sugar like a candy would fix me right up. If I am late for a meal now, I have to have a snack or I will get woozy.
