  • bump... sounds delish!
  • you actually look BETTER in the 2 piece! :o)
  • love it! that's brilliant! ;o)
  • best thing would be to talk to your doctor... I know there is a certain amount of extra calories you need while pregnant but it's pretty low so your doctor will probably be okay with letting you lose some weight even while pregnant. I honestly think you'd be okay doing what you're doing now.
  • try mixing it with some jam, any flavor. Cottage cheese is one of those things I've always hated because of the texture... it grosses me out... but it's not half bad with some jelly. :o)
  • Just once a week, first thing in the morning, & naked. :o) Your weight fluctuates too much during the week to give you an accurate idea of whether or not you're losing.
  • I found them (the regular kind) in the Asian section of my grocery store. (I'm a military wife so I shop at the commissary.) Haven't had any luck finding the tofu kind. They come packed in water... it's like a squishy see-through bag so you can see the noodle suspended in the water.
  • out of curiosity, are they the tofu shirataki noodles or regular shirataki noodles?? I haven't been able to find the tofu kind so if you happen to know where I can get them I'd be very grateful. But if the regular one's are good that's great to know too! :o)
  • I was thinking about posting the same thing! Anyone with insight please share!! Also, how do they taste??
  • unfortunately, I'm a bit bloated this week so I've only lost 1 lb. Congrats to the winner!
  • usually it's unprepared. I would add calories for whatever else you add to the mix.
  • My weight today is: 151.4 lbs. :o)
  • Try this but just skip the turkey! It's really filling and incredibly flavorful! I serve it over rice. :o) Stuffed Peppers with Turkey & Vegetables http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Stuffed-Peppers-with-Turkey-and-Vegetables/Detail.aspx
  • I love Jicama. I like to cut it in sticks and just eat it raw. And it does have a very clean, crisp taste. Something like snap peas with the consistency of a radish.
  • no on all but the water consumption. I try to keep track of that because I notoriously don't drink enough liquids in general.
  • I just moved away from Hawaii and let me just say that it is a GREAT place to start losing the weight! There are SO many fun outdoors things to do that you can do with the hubby/family/friends. I really suggest getting "The Hikers Guide to Oahu" (I guess I'm just assuming you're on Oahu) because it has all the best hikes…
  • snicker's kudo's bars (only 100 calories and DELICIOUS!) My husband even steals them from me and he wants to GAIN weight, not lose it! also, the quaker mini delights 90 calorie bags. You can get them with a chocolatey drizzle and they're really yummy. lots of flavors too! :o)
  • I saw the commercial and totally scoffed! what a load of crap! high fructose corn syrup IS bad for you! Sure, you can have little bits of it here and there and it won't kill you but it sure isn't good for you!
  • ha ha ha! My husband is, dare I say, OBSESSED with lol catz! i kan has cheezeburger?
  • haha... maybe all spinning teachers are just sadists? I know mine is BIG time! He likes to talk about how the people who say spinning is a joke should come to his class and he'll make them work so hard that they'll either puke or pass out... then he goes on to say that if you buck over your bike and do a headplant at the…
  • wow! I always wanted to get something at Charley's sometime but haven't yet... I'm glad I haven't! That is WAY too much when I could get something from subway instead... to gravygurl... yes, Charley's is kinda like subway but most of the sandwich meats are grilled and stuff... think philly cheese steak... it always smells…
  • It's probably not accurate. I was curious about the same thing (except I use a total body crossramp & treadmill) and I was always getting around 600 calories burned when I was on the crossramp for 45 & the treadmill for 15. I got a heart rate moniter that also counts calories burned and in the same session I burned 472…
  • wow... that would be kind of alarming to me but nightangelstars makes a good point about medicines that might be affecting your heart rate. I guess it could also be that you heart rate moniter is acting up. If it continues you should probably see your doctor to make sure you're okay Better safe than sorry.
  • water with lemon... The squeeze of lemon is really good. Or if I'm being bad or have saved up lots of calories I'd go with a nice calorie-laden mixed drink like a pina colada. hehe.
  • My sis in law went on bc a few months before her wedding and gained like 20 lbs! The doc told her to stick it out for like 3 months and things went back to normal for her (thank god!) just in time for the wedding. I've recently switched from a pill to nuva ring which I've heard is better because since it put inside and is…
  • My friend works at one of their ordering centers.
  • Mmmmm... some nice hot brat's! I have to save calories for them but on work out days it's not too hard!
  • I just realized that today is my one month anniversary with the site too! (for me April 15 was the starting day) Happy anniversary! lol. I can't believe it's already been a month! And it's been wonderful so far. We'll make it!
  • You GO GIRL!!! I wish I could say something that that to my sh*tty two-timing skank of an ex-boyfriend! To the original poster... they're all right... that guy is a prick and you need to flat out tell him to leave you the hell alone! I feel pretty passionatly about cheaters... I HATE them!!!! :explode: You'll feel SO…
