I'm super excited to be the winner of Round 4, and be able to host Round 5!! The winner of this round will receive a postcard from Alberta, Canada!!

All those interested (new people always welcome!) just post today's weight here, and then in two weeks(August 7) post your new weight (or send me a message) and the MFP'er who lost the most weight will get a postcard from me and host the next round!!!
