def don't use white pasta or rice... any if you do go with rice, DON'T do instant!!! somehow in the process of making quick it leaches out all the good nutrients... and it's always mushy too... Quinoa is good too!

I grew up a vegetarian from the time I was born until I was 18. I tried meat for a few years and now have gone back to mostly veggie. I'd cook a whole box of kraft mac & cheese.... and eat it all myself... also, at one point in college I was getting chinese take out like 3-4 times a week... and I wouldn't even split what I got into more than one meal!!! WOW!!!!!!!

cheerios are my favorite!! my problem has always been that I eat waaaaaay more than a serving in one sitting. I like a BIG bowl!!! I've also just started eating Kashi Go Lean Crunch mixed into my vanilla greek yogurt! pair with some strawberries, and this a delish light b-fast!!!

this is exactly what I was going to say! 3/4 of a cup for only 190 cal!!! and you can't tell it's not just regular old macaroni. just make sure not to overcook it (follow the cook time on the box) cause whatever the stuff is on it that helps you absorb less carbs starts to break down the longer it cooks.
