This is some great information!!!! I was going to pledge 80 oz since i am usually running to the bathroom but after ready this I will add a bit more so I pledge 100oz (Would love to do more but not sure my bladder can handle that) LOL!!!!!!! I will keep posting my progress. Getting started with my first 20oz!

Working on 60oz right now! Sounds like nothing compared to all you ladies out there but trust me usually at this time I havent even hit 20oz so this is great for me. Will aim for 100oz for today and increase little by little!

First of all let me congratulate you on your loss. You look amazing. With that said I would tell you not to allow others to determine where you should stop. 135lbs is a healthy goal! I am 5'2" and my goal is 125lbs (currently 138lbs). I think people just get used to seeing you a certain way and so it may seem like too much…

I am iwhere you will be travelling but I would definitely say stick to the proteins and veggies. Try to avoid the fast food and go for the salads minimizing the amount of carbs you eat. Water water water!!!!! Hope it helps although I am sure you have heard all this ready! :wink:

only app I remember using other than MFP is the Endomondo app which cal help you track your distance in walks or jogs and also does estimated calorie burn. I think that now it can even synch your workouts to MFP!!! Hope this helps

LOL Changed Wednesday and just did my own thing. Very similar to jillians workouts. So it was a mixture of Jillian and my trainer lol! I did 30 min and burned 330 calories!!!!!!!! Not sure what workout I am doing today yet!

Mmmmmmmm Burpees.......... cant say I love them but woah do they give a good burn! I just added them to a 30 min workout and i was drenched. Gotta do what we gotta do! Like someone on here said...Its a love hate relationship!
