the reason I used 1-3 even if I do 40 to 60 mins exercise is that I do only that the rest of my day I do practically nothing else..I sit at my computer...what would you say I should use

blood pressure so important , keep taking your pills listen to your doctor...I have had many strokes and I know what I am talking about....I am 100% sure you are not eating enough and thats where your dizziness comes from....but can't see for sure your diary is closed

thanks for your response...yes I am doing TDEE - 20% as per Scoobie..the reason I asked is have I used the right defenition for my exercise...I used 3-5 hours.....I do 7 houts a week. thanks again :drinker:

yeahhhhhhhhh doing it for yourself is the key to success...prove those people wrong and one day you will be able to be a model for them. I eat rice cakes (tomatoe & basil) I still eat my 3 toast in the morning, I choose bread with very lite calories , whole wheat 130cals for 2 slice

I have been on a huge plateau and I was told to eat TDEE - 20%..which I am doing...I upped my calorie intake and upped exercise started only this week I will see in about 3 weeks if its working....good luck to you. :drinker:

Katz81....I am 190lbs...5'1'....66 years old...female...and I do 50 minutes of cycling each day and some weight lifting 5lbs each arm...what do you think it should be

@Martyqueen52.....ok so I went to free dieting and it gives me 1520 to eat daily...but what if I do exercise on top of that and burn 400 does that not make a NET of 1120 cals eaten at the end of the day. I guess thats what I don't understand
