5'1" here...first goal was 135 but decided I want to get down to 125 and then reevaluate. In high school, my top weight was 125 and my low weight was 115. I may want to get back to 115. I was at 130 just 2 short years ago and now here I am trying again....hopefully for the last time because I'm sticking to MFP and watching my calories forever. I'm 48 years old.0

I'm 4'11, and 214lbs currently. I just started using MFP 14 days ago, and I'm down 6lbs. My goal, as of right now is 115.0

I am almost 51 years old and around 5ft 3in. Started a couple months ago at 192lbs. Have lost about 12lbs. I set my goal at 150 and will see from there what I look like and what seems do-able below that. Like other posters - post 50 is tough. I am exercising now too. 2-3 days of cardio at 30-40mins and 2-3 days of metabolic/weights (very, very low weights and sometimes just body weight). Any suggestions?0

I'm 5'1, started out at 202 and I'm now 161. I'm aiming for the highest maximum for my BMI, which is 132.0

I'm 5 ft 1 and started at a nice, round 200 lbs. I'm currently at 150, but am aiming to get to 130 as my eventual goal. That's the high end of normal BMI for my height. I'm not against going down after 130, but it really depends on how I feel and if I think it's really necessary. So long as I'm in good shape, happy and healthy, then I have no problem staying at whatever weight that comes at
150 lbs feels a lot better than 200, but I still have some work to do to get where I want to be!

I'm 5'3". I'm 5 pounds away from my first big goal at 140. I thought that would be enough, but now that I'm close, I know that 5 pounds down from here is not going to be my happy place, so after I get there, I'm going to aim for 125.0

I'm 5'3" and currently weigh about 220. My first goal is about 170--in high school I was 165 and looked great (muscular size 12). If I can get lower and still maintain a healthy look, I'll readjust.0

5'1 197 and my goal is between 160-170. I have worked too hard to lose these muscles and curves I am getting. I naturally weight more anyway. Even when I was "skinny" I was still 140-150 pounds!! I would love to be a size 10 again!!!0
