I think youcan eat some junk food (not clean) but I would really limilt it if possible. You can eat all the veggies and fruits you want, youneed some of every kind of food group but i think you'd be surprised at the correct portion size of food. We eat waaaay too much and laugh at an actual portion size. It's pretty crazy…

I have one in the same spot your considering getting one and I would say go ahead and do it. It took maybe 3 days to get to a point where I could work out again. And I dont regret it at all! me too. I dont like it. I think if they guys doing the yelling were hot it would be a whole 'nother story but the ones yelling out the window, usually on the passenger side (b/c they dont have a car) dont have any class. Sadly I think we all kids of look at food as love. We go out to eat to celebrate, we get together and eat at reunions and so forth. We equate food with love therefore we love food. It tastes good. We all know that. Its what you eat though. It doesn't have to be a bad thing. You have to choose what to serve or eat.

Sorry but I'm just doing leftovers tonight. I'm working 12 hrs today and my fridge is FULL of leftovers. I made fried chicken ove night, beef lo mein, spring rolls, and beef w/broccoli one night, pizza one night, and spaghetti one night. I dont have time to cook and we have so much food still.

I'm thinking ham and turkey with provolone and sharp cheddar on toasted sourdough bread, with some lettuce, tomato, pickles, sat and pepper and applewood smoked bacon. :love:
