Totally agree with this.....women with muscular legs are hot! Work out the upper body and have the total package....if nothing else just stop working out your legs and work out upper body only.

I loved it, makes me want to work that much harder.....you can tell by the end result that he did something amazing. Who cares if it was hokey, beats 99% of the crap on TV these days. That was literally the only TV show other than the USA World Cup that I have or will watch this week.

I find that not planning cheat meals is the way to go....when you diet hardcore for awhile eventually your body will NEED a cheat meal/refeed meal.....you will learn to know the difference between your body telling you it needs it and your mind just trying to rationalize a bad meal. The biggest difference is the 2nd one is alot more fun to watch. LOL! Seriously though, go with whats the most comfortable.....their are other variations such as the Sumo that is supposed to be better for women just getting started.....definitely a fantastic all around exercise-the deadlift is amazing.

Replace the stress relief that wine brings at the end of the day with a session at the gym! What you call it is just a matter of semantics.....all that matters is that you are eating less calories than you are expending (if you want to lose weight).

You can't spot reduce.....just tighten up the muscles and lose the weight you can....over time it should tighten up.

Try varying your diet more, these binges may be your body telling you it needs more of something it's missing from your diet. Or it could be boredom and you need to change up your goals (maybe don't focus on weight as much and start focusing on strength training, endurance training, etc).

It works for awhile, then you start feeling like total crap until you can't take anymore and binge nonstop on carbs until you gain all the weight back you lost. Other than that it's awesome!
