Hey how is everyone doing today? I just wanted to share my weight loss story and hopefully it will motivate others that are having a hard time loosing weight. I used to weight over 210 pounds and I wasn't happy with myself. I decided to try myfitnesspal and I haven't regretted the decision. I started out by walking 40 minutes 3 times a week while taking a closer look at what I ate and how much of it. As the time passed by and the pounds started to go down, I decided to take it up a notch and started to do yoga and judo at school. I went from weighing 210 to 165 :-). Loosing weight does take time but it is worth it at the end of the day. I still have a long road ahead of me but I couldn't be happier.
