What the heck.... yesterday I had entered a manual entry for 8 minutes of walking like 46 calories or something, just to see if it would load... it just loaded on todays activity.. but still nothing from my morning workout...Grrrr....

And by the way you do not convert fat to muscle, they are two entirely different things, muscle is muscle and fat is fat you can not turn one into the other. If you are working out and building muscle that muscle takes up much less room than fat, that is why your clothes are fitting looser. Fat simply takes up more space.

As long as I can get myself out of the kitchen I am usually fine, go do laundry, scrub a tub, if its really bad, get completely out of the house and go for a walk around the block. Are you using a heart rate monitor? I have found that the machines in the gym generally calulate calorie burn at almost double what my heart rate monitor says that I actually burn, I always, always, always go by the heart rate monitor.
