If you want to weigh daily I would suggest a weight range of 5-10 lbs to account for normal fluctuations. If you are under that range eat more if you are over eat less. I don't understand how this saves you from cal counting though. How will you guadge more or less with out counting, unless you ate the same things every…

Ok follow up question for the win. Is there a muscle that wraps around the side of the rib cage? That's where the ribs are most prominent. And....... GO!!

Op serious question. I cut for the past year and chose to stop and build muscle because I don't want to see my ribs when I am lean. What muscle lays over the ribs and what should I do to grow enough muscle there so on my next cut the ribs are not showcased but muscle is?

Swimming is great full body resistance training! Unfortunately muscle loss happens to some extent on a long cut.

We try but our two year old thinks there needs to always be "Dannie" space between the two of us. If we are too close he will squeeze right in and push us apart till we are at arms length.:grumble: It will be nice when all he does is rolls his eyes.:laugh:

Didn't lose a toe nail but I broke both my pinky toes at the same time and was lifting weights again 3rays later when I could get my feet back in my shoes. If the nail bed is tender you may want to tape some gauze over it to prevent rubbing but other than that you should be good.

Hot is subjective, I take a shower with no cold water mixed in and find it wonderful but my husband can't get in because it's too hot. I think it is kinda the same when it comes to what people see as hot in fashion or *gasp* body type/shape/weight/composition/height........... Need I continue?

Completely agree with opening the angle of the feet which opeans the pelvis as you track your need over your toes. Find the angle that let's you sit straight down. Squat down with out any weight and find the angle that is comfortable, with your chest up and weight in your heals.

I used an hour for my calculations and adjusted once I had enough data to do so.

It may sound silly but I found doing front squats helped me correct this. Havin the weight in front of me made me feel less like sitting back with a straight back would topple me over backwards.

Bulk till you have muscle and then cut to single digit bodyfat.

Looks like most of your fats are coming from higher carb sources not high protein sources. This combination can easily leave you craving more because of insulin spikes in the blood. High protein/fat is satisfying, high carb/fat is "addictive".

Butter, all cheeses, coconut oil, high fat meats, and nuts will bump your fat intake up to the level you need with a min amount of carbs. Stay away from most fruits and starchy veggies. Keep your veggies to the leafy/fiberos(sp?) kind.

Don't be afraid of fats. If you are keeping to your cal goal and are restricting carbs you have to up your fats and protein. Coffee with heavy cream 4tbs is 200cals no carbs
