I have always used Leslie Sansones walk away the pounds.....it is low impact and I lost just over 80 pounds with her years ago after my first two children were born....I had asthma trouble and my knees were so bad with all the weight on in the begining. Too much protien can be harmful....builds up toxins...but without seeing what and how much your eating it is hard to say. I try to keep a healthy balance....life is a balancing act isn't it...giggle

Almost daily in the summer....due to my garden and the farmers markets. I too will munch on alot of different raw veggies...so salad without the lettuce. Veggies of anykind are a great snack. I love salads....I battle myself at times with wanting my old dressing choices. But over all I am a huge salad eater.
