    Maybe once a week.

I'm more likely to eat some spinach, or a bunch of other veggies without lettuce.

Almost daily in the summer....due to my garden and the farmers markets. I too will munch on alot of different raw veggies...so salad without the lettuce. Veggies of anykind are a great snack. I love salads....I battle myself at times with wanting my old dressing choices. But over all I am a huge salad eater.

Not often, the only kind of salad dressing I like is the terrible kind. I usually eat veggies on their own or with hummus.

Everyday, sometimes twice a day (like today). I like that I can have a giant salad with grilled chicken and it's about 300 cals including the dressing. Really helps me keep within my calorie goal.when I have a "hungry" day....like today!

3-5 times a week. I usually have all sorts of stuff in it though to make it a meal... eggs, cottage cheese, shrimp, chicken, tuna... what ever I have in the fridge.

Maybe once a week or less. I have a very sensitive stomach and can't tolerate much anymore in the way of raw veggies, even though I love them!!!

Almost every day because I prefer raw veggies to cooked ones. I rarely use iceberg lettuce. I usually use watercress, baby spinach or romaine lettuce as there are a lot more nutrients in them.

I LOVE salad & I eat it often. Sometimes once a day & sometimes twice a day. If I had to estimate, I'd say that I eat somewhere between 8 - 10 salads a week.

I go in spurts...I'll have one every day for 2 weeks, then I get sick of salad and won't have one for another 2-3 weeks!

Usually it's only if we're eating out or ordering carry out. I'm not a fan of homemade salads, I can never seem to do it right.

But then I found a dressing that I like that is low-ish on sodium (Trader Joe's lowfat parmesan ranch - 30cals and 170mgs of sodium for 2tbsp) and last week I think I had 2 salads. It was super plain but a good way to get some extra veggies in and a great excuse to eat some of that dressing.

At least once a day. The meal salad at lunch is mixed greens (baby romaine & spinach, some mache, arugula etc), with chunks of avocado, a hard boiled egg cut in chunks, turkey breast cold meat, tomato, pepper, cucumber, with homemade vinaigrette. It's my favorite meal!

If I have a second salad with dinner as a side, then it's similar to above without the avocado, egg & turkey.

By itself? Rarely. I like pasta salads, and chickpea and rice salads, and salad sammiches, but not salad alone.

A few times a week? Steak & Salad for dinner - if I load my plate up with salad there is less room to fit the chips on!

I eat it like a fiend, at least 2 cups, sometimes 2 cups twice a day. Almost always it's romaine.

I eat salads several times a week with dinner. No cheese, croutons, or creamy dressing - all of which the hubby gets - but they're still good! =)

Every single day, sometimes for breakfast. But I love veggies (even before weight loss)

Ew, not a lettuce fan. If I MUST eat a salad, I prefer spinach. But better yet is just eating raw veggies- carrots, celery, green beans, etc. or steamed veggies like broccoli or cauliflower. Besides, lettuce isn't much but fiber and water; other veggies have much higher amounts of vitamins and minerals.

I like salad, but I only eat it every week or two. Now that I read this post I will probably eat a bit more! Lol.

Ah, leafy green. Before I started this? Maybe once every few months. Now? Every day! I used to dislike it, now I love it! I put a little flax seed oil and red wine vinegar on it, and eat it along with some protein.
