This is a big step of working on my self image. I decided to show my stomach which for me to do that I have gained some self confidence on the journey. BTW my children are worth every single stretch mark :)


I started this journey august 2010 at 205 lbs. My children were old enough now that i could focus on me a little bit. The main thing i have learned is that if i mess up or have a bad day that its not the end of the world and tomorrow is another day. Just being knowledgable about food and exercise was key. I honestly can say I have changed my life style and will never be going back to that borderline obese woman!
