I'd go wtih something simple: learn to do your eyebrows now, listen to more music, and set reading goals. Edited: DO NOT misuse credit cards. DO NOT even open that black one. Love us.

I have a Wonka bar tattoo on my forearm and "James" on my wrist. James is a friend that died and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory is one of my favorite movies. I wanted something unique that will always bring up happy feelings and memories.

I'll be 30 in a month.

@mareeee 22? It's hard to tell with sunglasses.

I haven't had much luck with running during tom. I'm taking your advice and going to try swimming.

Normally I can not work out during the first 2-3 days. It's just too painful and there is too much going on downtown. I eat pieces of chocolate more often during that week, but I don't know if that is actual craving or just habit. If anything I eat much less because the food sets the cramps into motion and nothing usually…

I stir-fry a mix of frozen and fresh vegetables fairly often with a little bit of olive oil and some House of Tsang Classic Stir-Fry Sauce. I throw in a faux grilled chicken, but of course you don't have to do that part. It is delicous and can be lower sodium and calories if you go easy on the oil and sauces.

Does "Name the sex and the city/golden girls/atlanta housewives episode by this quote" count as a sport? My friend and I play that.

Mine grandmothers are meme and memaw. (I live in Texas and was recently told these are mainly used in the south.)

To me it sounds like finding ways to alleviate the stress and emotional states would help. I know find a hobby sounds cliche, but something to occupy your time, relaxes you, or identifying the stressors and figuring out a way to alter those so they aren't as stressful should help with the problems and therefore the urge to…

I had myself a good "lay under the covers in the dark and get my cry on" cry last night. Then I told myself to stop being a baby and make a plan and things were better.

I do not fold mine. They go in the drawer and then I dig around for a match. A majority of them are colored and patterned, so it doesn't take but a few seconds to find a matching pair.

Cleaning the littler box. Luckily I've somehow got my boyfriend doing it instead. haha. A chore I actually do - probably cleaning the bathroom.

I live in Texas, so.......pretty much all of them. OH, except I do have big hair from time to time. That's just bc it's thick.

Me: Does this shirt look too tacky 80's for the gym? Boyfriend: It's the gym, it doesn't matter. Obviously people are judging, so it does. hahahaha. I'll wear anything I want anyway tho. I'm always curious how the people wearing sweatshirts and zip up hoodies can do that. I start feeling too hot and suffocated in a t shirt.

I like it both ways. Each has it's perks, as others have said. I am on my fiance's membership, so we go together. It's great to have him as motivation to go even when I may not feel like it. It also feels like we are bonding even tho we aren't really talking (we each have in our own earbuds). A thumbs up from him and look…

That is awesome. You two have done a fantastic job!

This seems the most accurate for me too. It definitely helps to break it down to small steps and remind myself that Jillian's video is short. Days I go to the gym, I remind myself that I enjoy it almost every time once I get started. Treadmill work is actually kind of fun with the right playlist in my ears. Just don't get…

Wait a minute - it's challenging to lose weight?! Shut the front door. I'll keep that in mind if I ever become pregnant and am tempted to eat double and triple what I normally do.

So glad I read this thread! I have been holding on like a fool. haha. I know I am not a foo, but thinking about it now, of course it seems obvious the correct and most effective way is to not hold on. Now I know. I alternate between running/jogging and walking at an incline. Thanks for all the advice.

5' 6", 148, Size 29/30 or 8/10. I'd like to scratch that 30 and 10 off permanently : )

I usually eat it on bananas, apples, toast, saltines, a little on a small tortilla, or on a spoon straight to my mouth. Ha. I don't want to waste any, so I don't buy the jars or by the bulk (tho it probably makes more sense financially). Instead, I get some of those Justin packets in various flavors - maple, honey,…

My fiance always has chips in the house. So, recently I keep finding myself asking him for just one chip. Don't give me anymore. Ok, maybe 2. haha. 2 are usually enough to satisfy my salty crunchy craving.

I am special.

My goal is 1200 and I am a vegetarian, but you can look at mine as well. I use faux grilled chicken, tofu, and meat crumbles often in place of meat. So, you would just need to account for any differences in actual meat used.
