Have a 4 lb weighted one and it is awesome....you can do so much more than just hoola hoop,leg lifts, arm raises,squats, and the list is endless...it is awesosme!!!!:bigsmile:

I wear what I am comfortable in...I, too sweat a lot..Makeup I wear where ever I go..not a lot, but always put on my eyeliner before I go out. always have some type of lip gel on(lips are always so dry)...If I mow my grass I still wear my makeup (I don't wear a lot), makeup for me is j ust like brushing my teeth..I'm not…

Finished my 100 miles, but did not do as well as I had in November...Being out of school for 2 weeks sure takes its toll!!!!
