    So I got way behind this month, but I am going to finish strong. Currently I have 76.82miles complete. 4 days to get 24miles in. I can do this!:smile:

    great outlook!! i have to do 30 miles in 4 days - so we'll see how it goes! if you can do it, i can do it too! RIGHT?! LOL

    I can't wait until december to start over and on a better schedule LOL

    An 18 mile run for me today (a personal best in terms of distance, as I train for my first marathon) brings me up to a total of 104 miles for November! :smile:

    I have put in exactly 20 miles in the last two days!!!!!

    finally catching up :)

    Most were running... but I did some elliptical also! and two miles on the bike!

    90 down.... 10 more to go!!!

    TWO DAYS LEFT TO FINISH!
    (I will not slack off next month that is for sure!)
