OK, now I have two tickers b/c I'm not sure if we're just logging RUN miles for November, or the cumulative RUN, WALK, CYCLE, ELLIPTICAL miles. So one ticker is just for running, and the other ticker is a combination of all miles I've done this month.
Whew.

I just started tonight with my first day of C25K - logged about 1.5 miles total. So my grand total for November is.... 1.5 miles! Ha! I'll get there - just wait till I get on the bike! LOL!0 -
another 3 miles done today! 6 miles done...it's been a rough running week for me. my hamstring has been bugging me (i tore it 2 years ago and it hasn't been rehabbed properly) but i'm pushing through0

Another 3.1 miles yesterday, bringing me to 9.7 miles so far.
I can't believe I made it almost to 10 miles in three days. Need a break from running today, though. Will be back at it tomorrow! And I'm buying myself a pair of real running shoes tomorrow, too! Yay!0 -
Another 6 km down today. 2 km walk, 4 km on the cross trainer. (also 3 km yesterday) going great guns, very happy with myself.0

Well - my training plan from the start of the year said 150 for november, but I'm going to shoot for 200+ on the bike/trainer again this month... I've a new toy to cover the bad weather - Tacx Bushido & PC Link software (which i'm currently fighting with as it's a bit bug-ridden and horrible, but I'll get there!)
01/11/2011 - 13.17km - 13.17km total (8.18 miles) - 1094kcal - Turbo trainer session (bushido kept crashing!)
02/11/2011 - 24.29km - 37.46km total (23.28 miles) -1509kcal - 2603kcal total - normal road loop
03/11/2011 - 19.58km - 57.04km total (35.45 miles) - 1192kcal - 3795kcal total - abreviated local loop due to rainstorm
04/11/2011 - 26.34km - 83.38km total (51.82 miles) - 1905kcal - 5700kcal total - Bushido Trainer Session0 -
I did one mile in addition to the 2 I did yesterday. Just basically updating.
That brings me up to 3 miles.
