I did not make it to the thread last night, but I did close out the day well yesterday. Especially since I went out to dinner last night. Today was an awesome day food and activity wise. I find that keeping busy and my stress levels as low as I can helps me out a lot. I plan to keep this up when I start my college classes…

January 4th Me: 4 The Binge - 0 Logged days: 4 out of 31 So far I have been doing very well this month. Planning to keep it up this weekend, which is harder usually than weekdays (weekdays I have more of a routine usually).

I agree with all of these responses. My binges make me feel guilty, wierd, out of control, and make me hate myself for letting that happen afterwards. Hang in there, everyday is a new day.

I can relate to all that you say here. I also am unable to purge when I binge. I tried to when I was a teenager, except that I have a bad gag reflex and just felt gross the few times I tried to. December 8, 2012 Rachael - 7 The Binge - 1 (12/7) Overcalories - 0 Didn't eat until around 2 PM today (I think going over by over 1100 calories did that and I also woke up late) and decided to let the guilt go and move on today. Managed to stay within calories today. Going to keep it going tomorrow.

I also have PCOS and while losing can be slow at times, losing weight is possible. I keep struggling with keeping the last few pounds off, but I refuse to give up. You can do it. :smile:

December 5, 2012 Rachael - 5 The Binge - 0 Overcalories - 0 Almost blew it today and felt the urge to go food crazy, due to tiredness and stress from final's week at school and long days at work. Luckily I was able to yank the food away from me before I went over for the day. Close call.

I like Buttered toast dipped in hot cocoa, peanut butter and vanilla frosting on crackers, maple syrup on breakfast sausage, chocolate and cream cheese melted in a tortilla, and brown sugar or maple syrup on top of a bowl of cheerios (with the milk of course).
