800 calories is what i get at least with cardio alone.

Yes healthy. I eat the daily amount of fruits and veggies, get enough protein and whatnot.

Not helpful at all. If I could, wouldn't you think i would have done it by now? And by extreme dieting, i mean only healthy and organic foods. I don't starve myself by eating an apple a day or anything.

Pre workouts don't really mess with my sleep. I would take it at 7 and head to bed at 10:30

Thanks to the ones who were helpful. I am dieting and exercising by the way. With my hypothyroidism, it's hard dropping the weight like everyone else. I'm not being lazy, I just need a boost.

By healthy I mean blue berries, raspberries, bananas, plums, salmon, tuna, oatmeal, oranges and things like that. I eat these foods from time to time so I don't know what eating them more often would break me out.
