I did my 1st day today and decided to do the Lean. I dont want any muscle mass just want to be toned and drop 34 pounds. I am gonna stick with it. If any of you would like please add me :)

I feel the same way!! My husband is 6' and weighs 135lbs. Only 27 pounds and I can have this same victory!! I cant wait!!

Take your measurments you may notice you have lost inches. I do this I lose inches instead of weight sometimes.

Maybe you should mix it up. Try something new. If it is warm where you are go swimming! Be active in a way that doesnt feel like you are "working"out. It is so easy to get burnt out but look how far you have come already! And you are so close to your goal!! Dont give up! You can do it!!

It helps me if I plan my meals and snacks ahead and log them in once they are planned. I find that if I already have what I am going to eat in here I dont go over my calories. The first few days I was SO hungry but my body has adjusted and I am no longer staying hungry. Please add me as a friend if you want to. :)

I have a 20 month old. I do the same as a lot of the others on here. During nap time at night or while my hubby gives him a bath. Iys just hard to workout while he is with me. Add me if u like. Good luck!

I am the same way. I dont like either!!! I only drink water as well. I have never had to give it up but I did have to give up my coke and I had headache for 3 days but now I dont even miss it.
